Ingredients
We are always on the lookout for natural ingredients of the highest quality.
We also choose ingredients that come from animals that are treated humanely. Organic, Gluten-free, and Vegan cakes
are also available.
Decorations
We
use a variety of things to decorate our cakes with which we make from scratch including: icings, marshmallow fondant, and
modeling chocolate in white or regular. Chocolates, gummy and hard candies may be used to adorn our cakes as well.
We support fair trade and also try to use as many products as we can that are fair trade certified. For more information

Cake Flavors
Vanilla-
A moist and dense cake with a light vanilla flavor
Light Chocolate*- A Swedish recipe that is moist & delicious yet low in fat
and contains no eggs or dairy
Deep
Chocolate- Chocolate cake enhanced with a bit of coffee to bring out the chocolate goodness
Chocolate Fiesta- A flavorful chocolate-orange cake with cinnamon and a hint
of coffee
Marble-
Our Vanilla cake swirled with chocolate
Red
Velvet- Goes well with both cream cheese icing or buttercream icing
Lemon- Made with fresh squeezed organic lemon juice and lemon zest
Carrot*- A special family recipe handed down
by Matt's Bubby. We thank them for sharing this with all of us
Banana*- Made with fresh organic bananas
Apple*- Made with fresh organic apples and soaked in a brown sugar syrup
Pear*- Made with fresh organic pears and soaked in a brown sugar syrup
Rum- Made with Hawaiian-style vanilla flavored rum and soaked in a rum syrup
