Creating cakes began as a fun, different, and creative way to express myself.  After an eye-opening trip to South Africa, I decided to pursue making cakes in hopes that these edible goods can in turn do some good.

I love being able to help someone celebrate a special occasion and while they bite into their cake and fill up their tummies, they know that across the world a hungry child is able to do the same.     

It is the work of Food4Africa that enables us to donate meals even though we are miles away. They continue to inspire me everyday and are the reason so many impoverished children are able to receive a hot and nutritious meal.

It is the support of many wonderful people in my life that enables me to pursue this dream and encourages me to do what I love.

It is the hope that together we can give back and enable some positive change to take place, whether it's one child being fed or one thousand.
